Access to Microsoft Visio 2016 on Windows 10

If a user request assess to MS Visio on Windows 10 please proceed with the following actions:

User calls/emails Helpdesk to request
Check with user if it is needed for a temporary length of time (ask how long) or permanent.
1. If temp. then no need to go to Asset Control - you can give access and suspend ticket until that time to remove.
2. If Perm. Supervisor authorisation needs to be obtained and then send to Asset Control for approval
If approved Helpdesk is to add user to the AD group AP-LOC-MS_Visio_2016
User logs off and back on. Visio 2016 is enabled in the Start Menu.
