Elite 3E - Icon Missing on Desktop and Start Menu
Scenario: When new/existing user calls in reporting they are unable to see the Elite 3E Icon on their Desktop and Start menu.
Resolution: Please make sure the User has been
1. Granted access by Financial Systems
2. Added to the correct AD Security Group by going to Active Directory and check whether User has been added to Ap-Loc-Elite3eUI. If the user was removed/not added, please proceed to add the user and inform them to sign out and then signing back after 3 - 5 minutes. The shortcut will then appear on both their Desktop and Windows Shortcut Menu.
