MS Teams Voice Telephony - Dial Pad not appearing for a user
When a user calls saying that they do not have the dial pad on their MS Teams, check that the user has the correct setup as per below in the MS Teams Administration. The below screenshot is an example for a Sydney user hence the Voice Routing Policy is that for Sydney.
Ask the user to sign OUT/IN of MS Teams to see if it forces the dial pad to appear.
If the dial pad still does not appear, request the Infra Team (Craig Taylor or Danielle McDonald) to remove and re-apply the voice setup for the user.
